摘 要

全球贸易背景下，服务经济逐渐成为世界经济发展的主要推动力量。世界范围内对外直接投资不断转向服务业，使得服务业已经成为国际直接投资的重点领域。随着我国服务领域的开放程度不断加深，外商直接投资在我国服务业中出现了持续和大幅度增长的趋势。在这样的背景下，研究我国服务业FDI的区位选择及其影响因素是一个具有重大意义的课题。

本文研究对象为服务业外商直接投资（FDI），以相关FDI投资理论为根据，阐述了服务业FDI和区位选择的定义，分析中国服务业利用外商直接投资现状及发展趋势，接着在回顾理论和文献的基础上，结合相关理论，通过数据从经济规模、人力成本、地区市场化水平以及对外开放程度等等方面对我国服务业FDI的影响因素进行分析。最后，对本文进行总结，从我国经济发展，对我国服务业未来吸引外资和服务业的进一步发展提出相关政策性建议。

China Service Industry FDI Location Choice and influence factors

Abstract

In the context of global trade, the service economy has gradually become the main driving force for the development of the world economy. Foreign direct investment in the world has continuously turned to the service industry, making the service industry a key area of international direct investment. As the degree of openness in the service sector in China continues to deepen, foreign direct investment has seen a sustained and substantial increase in the service industry in China. Against this background, it is of great significance to study the location choice and its influencing factors of China"s service industry FDI.

This article takes China"s service industry FDI as the research object and takes the service industry"s foreign direct investment theory as the basis. It first defines the connotation of service industry FDI and location selection, analyzes the current status and development trend of China"s service industry in utilizing FDI, and then reviews a large number of theories and On the basis of the empirical literature, combined with relevant theories of direct investment and location selection, a theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of China"s service industry FDI was conducted from the aspects of economic scale, service industrydevelopment level, marketization level, and infrastructure construction. Next, from an empirical perspective, we will lay the foundation for analyzing the influencing factors of FDI location choice in China"s service industry.

As regard to the empirical analysis, this article selected eight factors influencing the economic development factors and cost factors for quantitative analysis, and reached corresponding conclusions.

Finally, on the basis of a combination of theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper summarizes the article, and from the perspective of China’s economic development and adaptation to international competition, proposes relevant policy recommendations for China’s service industry to attract foreign investment in the future and further development of the service industry.

研究背景

服务业对国民经济增长具有较强的拉动效应，能够促进国民经济健康可持续发展。从当前世界经济发展趋势来看，服务业在国民经济中占据权重地位，甚至成为第一大产业已成为既定的趋势。

近年来，我国服务业占GDP比重连年提升，然而较发达国家仍有一定的差距。同时，服务业内部结构不合理，传统服务业比重超过现代服务业。在新的时期，进一步扩大我国服务业规模，提升服务业水平是一个非常重要的课题。
