摘 要

2013年，习近平主席提出了关于建设“一带一路”战略的构想。同年李克强总理也指出，要推动部署“一带一路”倡议，促进政策沟通、道路连接、贸易流通、人员配备等相关重大工程建设。“一带一路”战略，一方面为我国革新对外开放指出了新的道路，另一方面也是新时期背景下中国经济发展的下一个关键节点。作为我国经济的重要组成部分，企业在各个方面都发挥着至关重要的作用，同时也是保持经济稳步增长的关键节点。在当今全球经济增速放缓的严峻形势下，中国经济在增长速度放缓以及物价上涨两方面的压力加大，企业未来的发展形势不容乐观。本文试图总结“一带一路”的战略背景下我国企业对外直接投资的现状，同时通过对该现状进行分析，归纳我国企业目前对外投资时所体现的问题，并使用SWOT分析法从各个角度分析我国企业拥有的现状和机遇，以及面临何种问题与风险，最后梳理出适合我国企业的对策，为“一带一路”战略背景下我国企业进行对外直接投资提供参考。

Research on OFDI with “The Belt and Road” Strategy

Abstract

In 2013，President Xi Jinping proposed the concept of building a "One Belt and One Road" strategy. In the same year, Premier Li Keqiang also pointed out that it is necessary to promote the deployment of the “Belt and Road Initiative” and promote the construction of related major projects such as policy communication, road connections, trade flows, and staffing. The "One Belt and One Road" strategy on the one hand points out a new path for China"s reform and opening to the outside world, and on the other, it is the next key node for China"s economic development in the context of the new period. As an important part of China’s economy, enterprises play a crucial role in price, employment, environmental protection, human resources, poverty alleviation, charity,etc., and are also the key nodes for maintaining steady economic growth. Under the severe situation of the current global economic slowdown, the Chinese economy has increased pressure on both the downward growth and rising prices, and the future development of enterprises is not optimistic. This article attempts to summarize the current situation of Chinese enterprises’ outward foreign direct investment under the “One Belt and One Road” strategic background. At the same time, this paper analyzes the status quo, summarizes the problems that Chinese enterprises currently face when investing abroad and uses SWOT analysis to analyze Chinese enterprises from all angles. The existing status and opportunities, as well as the problems and risks faced,and finally combing out the countermeasures that are suitable for Chinese enterprises, providing references for Chinese enterprises’ direct foreign investment under the “One Belt and One Road” strategy.
