摘 要

伴随着服务业开放进程的加快,服务业直接投资流入和流出的规模超出了制造业直接投资的规模,成为了国际资本流动的主要产业。尤其是我国，人口众多、服务业发展很快，所占对外投资的比例也逐渐增多，但发展仍存在很多不足。很多学者对服务业直接投资对经济的影响做了很多研究，但得出的结果都有差异性。本文首先通过借鉴各位理论学家的理论成果和实践经验，试图调研发现服务业对外直接投资对经济的影响，作出梳理和总结，重点探讨了直接投资对经济影响的文献，得出一部分结论，为后文提供理论基础。分析服务业对外直接投资的现状，从而发现现阶段中国服务业对外直接投资规模小、结构不合理、方式单一、竞争力缺乏等不足，探究并总结出中国服务业外商直接投资的经济效应。最后，利用变量选择、实证分析的方法，得出影响我国服务业对外直接投资的因素，并对我国服务业对外投资的进一步发展提供了实质性建议，加大对服务业的投入以及重视程度，坚持改革开放，走引进来”和“走出去”的开放战略，促进我国服务业对外直接投资的进一步发展。

Study on the Foreign Direct Investment in China Service Industry,

Abstract

With the acceleration of the opening up of the service sector, the scale of inflows and outflows of direct investment in services is beyond the scale of direct investment in manufacturing and has become the major industry in international capital flows. Especially in our country, the population is huge, the service industry is developing rapidly, and the proportion of overseas investment is gradually increasing. Many scholars have done a lot of research on the impact of service direct investment on economic growth, but the results are different.First of all, this paper draws on the theoretical results and practical experience,attempts to investigate and discover the impact of foreign direct investment in the service sector on the economy and to sort out and summarize it.It mainly discusses the literatures on the economic impact of direct investment and draws some conclusions, which provides the theoretical basis for the latter.By analyzing the current status of foreign direct investment in service industry,It is found that China"s service industry has such disadvantages as small scale, unreasonable structure, single way and lack of competitiveness.The economic effect of foreign direct investment in China"s service industry is explored and summarized.Finally, by using the method of variable selection and empirical analysis, the factors influencing the direct foreign investment in China"s service industry are obtained.It also provides substantive suggestions for the further development of China"s service industry,increasing investment in service industry and attaching importance to the service industry, adhering to reform and opening up, “taking in” and “going out”, to promote the further development of foreign direct investment in China"s service industry.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

20世纪70年代以来，随着技术条件、生产规模、收入和消费水平的不断发展，经济全球化已成为当金世界经济发展的重要趋势。在此背景下，服务业增长迅速,逐渐成为增长最快的产业，被誉为产业和市场发展的“黏合剂”，在发达国家和发展中国家中服务业占据很大主导地位，成为核心。对于大多数国家尤其是发展中国家来说，由于服务业对外直接投资对经济发展具有很大的促进作用，所以降低了服务业门槛，推动了服务业对外投资的迅速发展与扩张。据统计，国际服务业对外直接投资额由20世纪80年代中期2640亿美元增长至21世纪初5000亿美元并保持持续增长。当前服务业已经取代了制造业，在国际上成为了投资的主流。

我国属于发展中国家，对外直接投资相较于发达国家起步较晚。自改革开放以来，我国迈出了开放服务市场的步伐，2001年加入世纪贸易组织，进一步推动了服务业对外直接投资的快速发展。中国拥有世界上最大的服务业市场，但长期以来注重制造业和工业的发展，对服务业缺乏相关理论研究，且没有足够的政策支持，使得中国服务业对外直接投资的发展受到限制。总的来说，中国服务业对外直接投资还处于初级阶段，规模较小，可发展空间还很大。

1.2 研究目的及意义

目前为止，我国服务业占GDP的比重超过4成，而在美国服务业高达8成左右，印度也高达5成，从而可以看出服务业对外直接投资对我国的经济增长有着无可比拟的作用，但仍存在不足。跟据2010年《中国对外直接投资统计公报》，中国服务业对外直接投资占7成，经济得到了迅速增长。深入研究服务业对外直接投资，能够确切全面的分析其可能存在的问题，从而及时提出相关的可行性措施、针对性对策以及建议和接下来的发展目标，使服务业对外直接投资更好更快的发展下去。
