摘 要

我国自改革开放以来经济上有很多大规模的改革，但是大手笔的“动作”却不多，80年代“深圳特区”的建立和90年代“上海浦东新区”的大力发展算上二大核心改革，对中国经济影响深远。进入21世纪以来，我国在境内创立了自由贸易区，其担任了中国对外经济新发展的主干力量，符合国际惯例，营造出了对内外资的投资都具有国际竞争力的国际商业环境。

截至2017年国内自贸区一共有11个，自2013年上来自贸区建立以来到如今，每个自贸区都对出口贸易产生了较为深远的影响。自贸区的建立可以促进我国进出口贸易和国际接轨、完善监督管理制度 、扩大经济开放规模等等。

The Impact of Establishment of Domestic FTA on Export Trade

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, China has a lot of large-scale economic reforms but few generous "actions". The establishment of the "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone" in the 1980s and the vigorous development of the "Shanghai Pudong New Area" in the 1990s count as two core reforms, Far-reaching impact on China"s economy. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the special zone of multi-purpose economy that is the main purpose of establishing a customs clearance system with preferential taxation and special customs control policies as its main purpose and the main purpose of trade liberalization and facilitation is the "free trade zone" Large innovation, comparable with the previous phase. It served as the backbone of the new development of China"s foreign economy and was in conformity with international practice and created an international business environment with international competitiveness for both domestic and foreign investment.

As of 2017, there are 11 domestic FTAs. Since the establishment of the FTA in 2013, each FTA has had a far-reaching impact on export trade. The establishment of a free trade zone can promote China"s import and export trade and international standards, improve the supervision and management system, expand the scale of economic liberalization and so on.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

中国在2001年加入WTO之后，发展较为迅猛，然后除了中国这一全球第二大经济体之外，美日欧等大经济体“眼红”于中国速度，纷纷开始建立区域性的自贸。其中包括TPP、TTIP、PSA。这些都成为了组织中国在国际贸易中进一步发展的绊脚石，美日欧一直视图将中国排开。

面对这些困惑，中国毅然决然的作出新选择即建立中国（上海）自由贸易试验区。这一创举是中国对发达国家以及联盟的经济体做出的不公平规则的挑战。

本篇文章将从国内的自贸区创立的先后出口贸易情况对比，以动态影响，静态影响等方面研究国内自贸区建立对出口贸易的影响。

“改革”是任何时代任何时刻都不会过时的创举，而我国设立的自贸区也同样地是一项伟大的创举。同时，自贸区的设立很好的符合了我国经济贸易转型的需求，也将“改革”通过自贸区贯彻落实到实际经济发展动作之中。
