摘 要

近些年来，随着我国改革开放的进行，各领域的经济繁荣发展，对外贸易的规模也越来越大，因此进出口贸易受人民币汇率变动的影响问题也更加值得研究，它已经成为相关教授学者和人民关注的焦点。而作为占有我国进出口贸易重要地位的制造业，自然而然同样被汇率的变动所影响。汇率作为衡量一个国家进行国际间经济活动的重要指标，在国际间进行进出口贸易时执行着价格转换的职能，对一个国家对外贸易的平衡也有着深刻影响。当今世界正在向经济一体化、全球化、自由化方向发展，我国为了能够更好地适应激烈的国际竞争，加强我国的经济实力，实现经济的均衡发展，人民币汇率的有效调节成为我国内外经济均衡发展的目标。

从2005年7月，我国开始实行新的人民币汇率改革的方案，人民币开始升值。人民币的升值让我们更加重视汇率是否会给我国制造业带来影响。本文主要研究人民币汇率变动和我国制造业进出口贸易的相互关系，并且在汇率相关贸易理论的基础上，对我国制造业的各个行业及地区进出口的情况和汇率对进出口贸易的影响进行研究。

事实上，经过研究显示，汇率变动的确在一定程度上影响着我国制造业对外贸易。人民币的升值会不利于我国制造业的出口，而有利于进口。而我国制造业的发展即出口的增长也会给人民币币值的上升制造压力。对于分布在不同地区和不同产业的制造业，汇率变动也会因不同的情况而产生不同的影响。因此本文针对我国的汇率以及制造业进出口的情况给出了相关的对策和建议：我国应该不断完善人民币汇率的相关机制政策，并且要保持人民币汇率的长期的稳定性。同时，加快我国制造业的产业升级，提高我国的自主创新能力，这样才能使我国保持在国际上具有竞争力的地位。

The Study of Exchange Rate Movements on The Impact of China’s Manufacturing Import and Export Trade

ABSTRACT

In recent years, the issue of the RMB exchange rate becomes a hot problem that many scholars and the broad masses of the people focus on. After the reform and opening, along with our country opens its market, the RMB exchange rate will have important influence on the imports and exports of our country. The imports and exports of manufacturing account for a great proportion of the total imports and exports in our country. So the exchange rate movements have some impact on it. The exchange rate is an important target of measuring a country’s international economic activities. And it has the function of the conversion price. Now the world is developing in the direction of economic integration, globalization and liberalization. To adapt to the fierce competition, our country should strengthen the economic strength and realize the target of the balanced economic development.

In July 2005, our country begins to carry out the plan of the exchange rate’s reform and the RMB starts to revalue. This article mainly studies that the relationship between the RMB exchange rate movements and our country’s import and export trade of manufacturing. And on the basis of the trade theory about the exchange rate, this article studies on various industries and districts of our country’s import and export trade of manufacturing.

The results prove that the RMB exchange rate movements have some influence on our country’s manufacturing. The appreciation of the RMB goes against our country’s exports of manufacturing, but it is beneficial to imports. The development of China’s manufacturing will also put stress on the appreciation of the RMB. The RMB exchange rate movements have different influence on different industries and regions of manufacturing. So this article gives some advices about the RMB exchange rate and manufacturing import and export trade: we should perfect relevant policies about the RMB exchange rate and keep the RMB exchange rate stable. At the same time, we should speed up the industrial upgrading of manufacturing and improve our capability for independent innovation. In this way, our country will keep a competitive position in the world.
