摘 要

金融危机的爆发结束了持续十多年的全球经济高速增长的大繁荣，世界步入低速增长的“新常态”。世界经济进入了重要转型期，中国作为发展中大国，大力发展经济，进出口贸易是经济发展的重要组成部分，其结构在新的时代下也有着新的特征。江苏省是我国经济发达地区，研究其对外贸易结构具有典型意义。

本文从宏观经济环境出发，分析了世界经济变化，中国经济变化，进而为江苏省出口贸易结构变化阐述了时代背景和研究意义，确定了基本研究方向。综合了国内研究概况成果，并在其基础上提出更为本质性的见解，全面地考虑问题。重点分析了江苏省出口贸易结构变化的历史，肯定了改革开放以来江苏省出口贸易的伟大变革。从狭义和广义方面来解释出口贸易结构，包括对外贸易商品结构、对外贸易方式结构、对外贸易模式结构和对外贸易区域结构，较为全面地分析了江苏省出口贸易结构的变化及现状。自然引出现在出口贸易结构中的种种问题，并提出对策，从本质方面分析原因。

Study on the structural change and optimization of export trade in Jiangsu

ABSTRACT

The outbreak of the financial crisis ended the rapid growth of the global economy which lasted more than and 10 years, the world entered into “the new normal” of a low growth. The world economy has come into an important period of transition. As a developing country, China has made great efforts to develop the economy. Import and export trade is an important part of economic development. Jiangsu province is an economically developed area in China, and it has typical significance to study its foreign trade structure.

In this paper, I analyze the changes of the world economy and the change of Chinese economy from a macro perspective, and then elaborate the background and significance of the study of the changes of the export trade structure of Jiangsu province. Based on the general situation of the domestic research, I try to put forward some more essential views and considers the problems comprehensively. This paper analyzes the history of the structural changes of export trade in Jiangsu Province, and affirms the great changes of export trade of Jiangsu province since the reform and opening up. To explain the export trade structure from the narrow and broad aspects, including the export commodity structure and foreign trade structure, foreign trade structure and regional structure of foreign trade, and comprehensively analyze of the changes and current situation of the export trade structure of Jiangsu province. It naturally leads to various problems in the export trade structure nowadays, and puts forward countermeasures, from the essence of the reasons.

1 绪论

1.1 研究意义

金融危机的爆发结束了持续十多年的全球经济高速增长的大繁荣，世界步入低速增长的“新常态”。世界经济的典型特征表现为“三低”，即为低速、低利率和低通胀。三者其实是一脉相承的，是金融危机带给人类的反省，从另一个角度讲它们并不低，而是一种可持续的稳定的发展状态。

改革开放至今，我国对外贸易一直保持着良好的增长趋势，这为我国国民经济较快平稳增长起到了重要作用。入世后外贸甚至有着30%以上的增速，08年因受金融危机影响降至20%以下，09年甚至负增长，之后外贸形势有所好转，并趋于稳定。

江苏是我国沿海地区经济发达省份，其经济总量和对外贸易在全国居领先地位，近年来进出口总额占全国比重在八分之一左右，研究其出口贸易结构变化规律、存在问题及优化策略具有重要的现实价值，对我国及其他省份出口贸易结构优化也具有较强的典型示范意义。本文以江苏省为例，分析江苏省出口贸易结构变化及现状，并提出优化建议，以促进江苏省经济可持续健康发展。
