摘 要

2018年全国进出口贸易额达到4.62万亿美元，进出口额分别为2.48万亿美元和2.14万亿美元，进出口贸易顺差为3517.6亿美元，进出口贸易规模创下历史新高，进出口的增速均高于全球贸易增速。但其实我国外贸发展所面临的环境严峻复杂，世界经济下行风险增加，贸易保护主义抬头，在此情况下，如何使得我国出口贸易更好更长远地发展是我国亟待解决的问题，而出口贸易的长远发展又与出口贸易结构息息相关。

本文则是基于1956~2018年的进出口贸易数据，从出口区域结构、出口贸易主体结构、出口贸易方式结构等四个方面，探讨我国出口贸易结构的演变历程，再着眼于我国当下的出口贸易结构的特征和存在的问题，发现我国的出口贸易结构虽在不断地优化中，但我国出口贸易结构依然存在着一些问题，如出口区域结构集中度较高、出口商品的加工层次和附加值低、主要出口产品竞争力弱等问题，并结合当前的国内外的经济环境和我国现行的一些贸易政策提出相应的优化对策，促进我国贸易“质”的发展，推动我国从贸易大国向贸易强国推进。

The present situation of China's export trade structure and optimization policy research

ABSTRACT

In 2018, China's import and export trade volume reached 4.62 trillion US dollars, with import and export volume of 2.48 trillion US dollars and 2.14 trillion US dollars respectively. The surplus of import and export trade was 351.76 billion US dollars. The scale of import and export trade reached a record high, and the growth rate of import and export was higher than that of global trade. But in fact, China's foreign trade development is facing a severe and complex environment, the downside risks of the world economy are increasing, and trade protectionism is rising. Under this situation, how to make our export trade develop better and longer is an urgent problem to be solved, and the long-term development of export trade is closely related to the structure of export trade.

Based on the data of import and export trade from 1956 to 2018, this paper explores the evolution of China's export trade structure from the perspectives of regional structure, main structure of export trade and mode structure of export trade, and then focuses on the characteristics and problems of China's current export trade structure. It is found that although China's export trade structure is constantly optimizing, China's export trade structure is still improving. There are still some problems in the structure, such as high concentration of export regional structure, low processing level and added value of export commodities, weak competitiveness of main export products, etc. Combining the current domestic and foreign economic environment and some current trade policies of our country, this paper puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures to promote the development of "quality" of our trade and promote our country from a big trading country to a powerful trading country.

1绪 论

1.1研究背景及意义

进出口贸易对我国经济的发展起着重要的作用，根据相关文献内容表明我国的经济增长很大一部分是由出口贸易拉动的。2018年，我国进出口总额达到4.62万亿美元，进口额达到2.48万亿美元，出口额为2.14万亿美元，进出口贸易顺差达到3517.6亿美元。从出口贸易规模、增速和国际比较三个角度来看，我国的出口贸易发展处于中上水平。然而出口贸易的发展不仅仅是只关注于出口贸易数量、出口贸易增速这些短期指标，更要从长远的角度去考察我国的当前的出口贸易状况，而从我国对外贸易出口结构所暴露出的一些深层次的问题就能更现实地反映我国出口贸易现状，从而推动我国从出口贸易数量占优转变为出口贸易质量和效益占优。

本文从官方的统计网站和相关部门选取了大量客观的数据，从出口贸易的商品结构，出口贸易方式结构、出口贸易主体结构和出口贸易市场结构这四个方面分析我国出口贸易结构的特征及其演变，并着重对当下出口贸易结构的特征以及存在的问题，再根据有关的问题对我国出口贸易结构的优化提供了一些参考建议。
