摘 要

在我国改革开放的背景下，长三角地区的对外贸易逐渐发展，有很多地区的发展速度是越来越快。对外贸易的发展状况一直以来都受到国家的高度的重视，对外贸易可以促进经济增长，也对稳定增长，保证就业非常关键。长三角地区占地面积广阔，集“优良海岸”和“黄金水道”于一身，具有明显的经济和地理区域优势，是最具有国际竞争力和发展潜力的地区之一。所以其经济发展对我国有着至关重要的影响，因此分析该地区对外贸易的区域差异就变得至关重要，因此本文重点研究长三角地区对外贸易发展的区域差异。

本文首先介绍了长三角地区的主要对外贸易地区——三省一市的发展历程、发展整体的优势和发展态势，接下来分析三省一市的区域差异，主要是从贸易总量、贸易主体、贸易方式、贸易产品和贸易国别这几个方面来做研究，并对比了其三省一市在2018年的指标，紧接着进一步找出造成这种区域差异的原因并分析这些原因。因为长三角地区的对外贸易对我国的对外贸易有着重要的影响，近年来国家非常重视长三角区域一体化，在这种国家背景下，本文希望能找到并总结能使得长三角地区减少差异的协同战略。

Study on regional differences of foreign trade development in the Yangtze river delta region

ABSTRACT

Against the background of China's reform and opening up, the foreign trade in the Yangtze river delta region is developing gradually, and the speed of development in many regions is getting faster and faster. The development of foreign trade has always been highly valued by the state. Foreign trade can promote economic growth, and is also crucial to stable growth and employment. The Yangtze river delta region covers a vast area, integrates "excellent coast" and "golden waterway", has obvious economic and geographical advantages, and is one of the regions with the most international competitiveness and development potential. Therefore, its economic development has a crucial impact on China, so it becomes crucial to analyze the regional differences in foreign trade in this region. So this article focuses on the development of foreign trade in Yangtze river delta regional difference.

This article first introduced the main trade area of the Yangtze river delta region - the three provinces and one city development situation, development present situation and development characteristics, the analysis of regional difference of the three provinces and one city, mainly from the total volume of trade,trading bodies,trading way,tradable products and trade country of these aspects to do research, and compared the various indicators in the other provinces and one city 2018, followed by further find out the cause of the regional differences and analyzes these reasons. Because the foreign trade in the Yangtze river delta region has an important impact on China's foreign trade, China has attached great importance to the regional integration of the Yangtze river delta in recent years. Under this national background, this paper hopes to find and summarize the cooperative strategies that can reduce the differences in the Yangtze River Delta region.

1.1研究背景及意义

长三角地区，又叫长江三角洲城市群，以上海为中心，包含江苏、浙江、安徽省的部分地级市（26市），国土面积21.17万平方公里，约占中国的2.2%，近年来地区生产总值12.67万亿元。长三角地区是“一带一路”与长江经济带的重要交汇地带，在中国国家现代化经济建设中拥有举足轻重的地位。因此长三角地区的经济发展对我国的经济发展有着重要的影响。

自从改革开放以来，^[1]由于长三角地区的地理位置的优越性，相对发达的交通、科技以及通讯，吸引了不少外来投资，促进了外贸的发展。2007年以来受美国次贷危机的影响，全世界大多发达国家和发展中国家经济增长普遍变缓，长三角地区作为全世界经济相互依赖的一个重要组成部分，其主要依赖劳动密集型，投资驱动和出口导向型的经济模式受到了严重的冲击，直接影响了该地区未来经济增长的稳定性和可持续性。数据显示，长三角地区的要素比较优势在我国各地区十分明显。目前，长三角地区已经拥有一大批资金雄厚、创新能力较强的民营企业和国有企业，涵盖各个产业领域。

推动一个国家或地区经济增长的因素有很多，随着经济全球化和一体化的发展，对外贸易对一国或一地区经济增长的影响不断加大，并且一直以来都受到各国学者们的关注。各国或各地区在制定经济发展战略时，对外贸易与经济增长的关系和对外贸易影响经济增长的方式，都是他们需要考虑的重要问题。我国地大物博、幅员辽阔，不同省市间的经济发展水平差距很大。因此，在相对稳定的政策条件下，在某个相对具体的区域内，研究一个区域对外贸易发展状况、对外贸易与经济增长的关系，更符合实际情况，更有利于为该区域的经济、对外贸易发展提供可靠的依据。
