摘 要

在世界经济低迷，中国经济增速放缓的大背景下，信托业未来发展面临着许多困难与挑战，传统的信托业务结构模式将难以坚持下去，加之各种监管政策更加严格，使得广大中小型信托公司生存发展愈发艰难。在这样的大环境下，近几年信托业纷纷转型，不断推出创新产品，或者是参与到各种创新业务中。

本文分为两个方面，共提出了三个问题，构成七大部分，来论证信托业基本业务模式的转型的迫切性和必要性。两个方面，即国内方面和国际方面环境形势发生的深刻变化从而对传统信托行业所造成的巨大而深远的冲击。三个问题，简单来说就是，为什么信托行业基本业务模式要转型？其基本业务模式转型要做些什么，准备什么？我们怎么开展传统信托业的转型即怎么把握好转型的大方向从而顺利转型？至于七大部分，即引言部分，对基本知识概论的介绍，对其基本运行模式的简要分析、对当前转型所面临的机遇和挑战的认识以及对转型发展的方向建议和结论部分。第一部分简单介绍课题研究的背景和意义，我的一些思路框架以及对国内外研究成果的概述；第二部分是术语界定以及相关的理论基础；第三部分主要探讨信托行业务基本业务模式转型的必要性；第四部分论证信托行业务基本业务模式转型的可行性；第五部分给出转型发展的主攻方向路径；第六部分提出一些转型的选择和建议；第七部分是带有主观自我认识的结语。本文回顾了中国信托行业的艰辛发展历程和不断做大做强的历史现状，旨在从信托这个行业的基本业务模式着手，进行了推理分析，在总结了前人对相关课题研究的基础之上，尝试着对未来信托业转型提出一些自己独到的建议，再由历史纵深的角度来梳理、分析、探讨一下信托行业务基本业务运营模式以及当前信托业面临的挑战和发展机遇，由此进一步发现传统信托行业转型实在是刻不容缓，迫在眉睫，但又长路漫漫，任重道远。最后笔者提出了要加强加快产品创新、制度创新的举措，望与君共勉。

Analysis on the necessity and feasibility of the transformation of the basic business model of trust industry

Abstract

In the world economic downturn, China's economic slowdown in the background, the trust industry future development is faced with many difficulties and challenges, traditional structure mode of the trust business will be difficult to continue, coupled with a variety of regulatory policy more stringent, the survival and development of the majority of small and medium trust increasingly difficult. Under such a large environment, in recent years, the trust industry has transformed, and constantly introduce innovative products, or participate in a variety of innovative business.

This article is divided into two areas, a total of three questions, constitute the seven parts, to demonstrate the basic business model of the trust industry, the urgency and necessity of the transformation. Two aspects, namely, the profound changes in the domestic and international aspects of the environment and the traditional trust industry caused by the huge and far-reaching impact. The three question, simply, is why the basic business model of the trust industry to transition? What are the basic business model transformation to do, what are you going to do? How do we carry out the transformation of the traditional trust industry that is how to grasp the transformation of the general direction of the smooth transition? As part of the seven, part is the introduction, the introduction of basic knowledge introduction, a brief analysis of the basic mode of operation, the current transformation facing opportunities and challenges and the transformation development direction some suggestions and conclusion. The first part briefly introduces the research background and significance, some of my ideas, frameworks and research achievements at home and abroad overview; the second part is defining terms and related theories; the third part mainly discusses the trust business basic business model transformation of necessity; the fourth part demonstrates the trust business basic business model transformation feasibility; fifth is part of the transformation and development of the main direction of the path; the sixth part put forward some transformation and advice on the choice of; the seventh part is a conclusion of subjective self cognition. Is reviewed in this paper hard development course of China's trust industry and constantly grow strong historical status, to proceed from the basic business model of the trust industry, the reasoning analysis, summarizes the previous based on the basis of relevant research, try to put forward some own original suggestions for the future of the trust industry change, and then from the perspective of historical depth to comb, analysis and discussion about trust business basic business operation mode and the trust industry is facing challenges and opportunities for development, thus further found trust for transformation of traditional industries is really can't wait for a moment, imminent, but again, shoulder heavy responsibilities. Finally, the author proposes to strengthen product innovation, system innovation initiatives, hope to share with you.
