摘 要

1961年毛泽东主席说，“对于非洲的历史、地理、现实状况，我们还缺乏清晰的认识”，2015年习近平总书记也说，“中非是休戚与共的命运共同体”，“中非发展没有完成时，只有进行时”。两届领导人跨越五十年都对中非贸易持有长远的期待与信心，这更令我们清楚，中非贸易的前景不可限量，是我们应当给予热切关注的重要命题。

本文回顾了中非经贸以往的发展历程，并在理性地分析了中非经贸关系现状的基础上，总结了当前中非经贸关系发展中存在的问题，主要包括交易类型单一，交易国家集中化、产品质量方面信誉低，存在环境问题、西方国家的干预、文化、观念不同，易引发国际纠纷、非洲政治局势不明朗，存在隐患这五个问题。本文对中非经贸进行了详细的研究，应该对我们进一步了解中非经贸关系有所帮助。

The present situation,problems and research of China and African Economic and trade relations

ABSTRACT

In 1961,Chairman Mao Zedong said,‘In Africa’s history,geography and the reality of the situation,we still lack clear understanding’,2015 General Secretary Xi Jinping said,‘is the fate of the community solidarity’,‘development is not completed’.Across the two leaders of fifty years are hold long-term expectation and confidence on China and African trade,which make us more clear,non trade prospects are limitless,we should give an important proposition of fervent concern.

This paper reviews the China and African Economic and trade of the past course of development,and the rational analysis based an the current situation of economic and trade relation between China and Africa,sums up the problems existing in the development of the economic and trade relations,which includes the main transaction type single,centralized trading countries,trade frictions occur from time to time,product quality reputation low environmental problems,the intervention of the western countries,culture,different ideas,easily lead to international disputes,the political situation in Africa is not clear,there is hidden the five problems.In this paper,a detailed study of the China and Africa Economic and trade should be helpful for our further understanding of the China and African Economic and trade relations.

1 绪论

1.1 选题背景

在经济全球化影响下，世界各国都渴望在合作中寻求发展。中国是最大的发展中国家，而非洲是发展中国家最集中的地区，因此对于发展中国家而言，中非合作是大势所趋，众望所归的。且我们都了解，中国与非洲都曾受到殖民者的压迫，在取得民族独立后都渴望着发展，这些使得中国人民与非洲人民具有了天然的亲切感，这对中非的合作有着重大的意义。撇开历史的因素不说，当前中非合作论坛约翰内斯堡峰会的召开，更显示了中非人民合作的决心，中非应当充分发挥政治互信、经济互补两大优势并将其转化为动力，将非洲丰富的自然资源与人力资源的潜能转化为经济发展的实力和惠及人民的成果。自1961年，毛泽东认识到“对于非洲的历史、地理、现实状况，我们还缺乏清晰的认识”到如今习近平“中非发展没有完成时，只有进行时”“中非是休戚与共的命运共同体”，充分展现了我国领导人有史以来坚定不变要与非洲进行长期贸易往来的诚心，未来必然能完成“携手共进，谱写中非合作新篇章”的宏伟目标。
