摘 要

近年来，我国经济发展速度越来越快，国际地位一直在向前进，人民币币值在一定的范围内变动，可兑换性在不断的提高，在国际上人民币可以流通的地区在不断的扩大，我国应该把握好现在的好机会推动人民币国际化。只是人民币国际化对于国内经济的稳定，政府对市场的宏观调控等几个方面是存在一定的不利影响的。在此基础上，我认为研究“人民币国际化的利弊分析”这个内容意义非凡，且可以有所创新的探讨。这篇论文我主要是想从以下的几个部分来和大家讨论一下：一、人民币国际化的概念及发展；二、分析人民币国际化对那些方面比较有利；三、发现人民币国际化有什么不良之处。人民币想要在全世界都可以顺利的流通使用、贸易交易，是由我国的中央银行进行发行、调控，还要依靠完全的银行系统和某些经济机构提供不同的帮助。因此，人民币是否可以在全世界顺利的使用、进行贸易交易，我国势必要拥有一个完善、可靠的银行体系。金融调控能力在宏观方面的程度的高低在一定程度上判断了金融业的稳定状况，更进一步决定了人民币对外汇率和币值是否稳定。我通过统计数据、列举实例的方式对人民币国际化这把“双刃剑”利、弊两方面进行分析，我在文章的最后也对我整篇论文进行了简要的总结说明。

人民币想要成为国际上自由流通的货币需要一定的必要条件：首先，中国在世界的进出口总额中占了25%；其次，在世界的外汇储备中有三分之一的部分是人民币；再来，中国可以作为世界上最大的出口国之一。中国可以成为国际货币的话，不仅我国可以获得更多的有利好处，国际货币体系也会得到一定的帮助。在第二届全球智库峰会上中国社保基金理事会的戴相龙理事长针对人民币国际化提出了“三步走”的基本概念，即持续的推进人民币境内与境外的贸易结算；国际货币的流入与流出的全方位推进，实现人民币完全可兑换；人民币可以作为国际储备货币之一，完全地实现人民币国际化。
